We assist the client in managing the staff – day-to-day oversight, performance, discipline and any escalations, depending on the scope and terms of the engagement so that you get the output, not just the overheads.
On the Managed Employment track, AccBooks does — including statutory obligations and employer formalities. On the Freelancer/Contractor track, AccBooks manages the engagement, oversight and control.
